Copper bus bar is the necessary conducting material in manufacturing the motor windings, highlow electric apparatus, switch connector and power supply & distribution installation conductors.

● Technical performance of WTMR, WTMY oxygen-free copper bus bar
◆The oxygen-free copper bus bar(soft state WTMR)has a min. tensile strength of 206N/mm2 and an elongation not lower than 40%.
◆The oxygen-free copper bus bar(hard state WTMY)has a min. 275N/mm2 and a surface hardness not lower than HB65.
◆Resistivity and temperature factors of oxygen-free copper bus bar are given in table .

◆Edges of copper bus bar can be filleted, if thickness is lower than 6.3mm, radius of fillet is up to 1.5mm, if thickness is above 7mm, radius is up to 2mm.

◆The tensile strength of soft copper bus bar is not less tham 206N/mm2, and the elongation is not less than 35%
◆The hardness of hard copper bus bar is not less than HB65.

◆The whole edges of copper bus bar may be round off. When the thickness is up more than 7.1mm, its radius is not more than 2mm.
◆The curvature of hard copper bus bar does not exceed 4mm per 1 M length.
